Whether you are looking for help with a dast-breaking crisis, a complex, long-term investigation or something in between, Strategic Researchcan draft a complete investigative plan or offer a second opinion on what your investigators have done. We can work with your chosen investigators to make sure that your needs are being addressed appropriately and that their reports will be clear and unambiguous.
Strategic Research has more than 20 years experience in discreet, sophisticated and cost-effective fact-finding for law firms, corporations, governments and news organizations, specializing in complex business litigation, due diligence and white-collar criminal matters, ss well as a diverse range of other matters, including environmental and public corruption investigations.
We know that confidentiality is a sine qua non for most investigations, and we were shocked when the Massachusetts State Police demanded that all private investigators consent as a condition of license renewal to the police gaining access to confidential records that could compromise your investigation.
While we have appealed and expect to prevail, the state police have refused to renew our license in the interim, and we will not be conducting actual investigations for now. We will still design, review and edit investigations, as well as recommend investigators who we believe are best suited for your particular issues. (Many investigators have not been required to sign the consent form because their licenses have not come up for reneal yet.)
